Inconsistent quality

I bought 2 cushions at the Surrey/Newton store and they are great. I bought 2 cushions at the Cambie store and the foam isn’t as dense. :(

The pads look lovely and appear to be quite thick. After sitting on them for just one afternoon the foam in the seats was flattened and does not rebound.
