Great boots , poor customer service

When I purchased these boots I was very happy to find the correct size however they were located on the very top shelf requiring me to get an associate to help . The associate was extremely rude and basically climbed up the shelves and threw them down on the floor . I probably will not shop at that location ever again .

A: Hello, thank you for your interest in KAMIK boots. The website stock information you're referring to is on the Canadian Tire website, which is controlled by Canadian Tire and not KAMIK. Sometimes there are system glitches , and inventory information may not get updated. Q: did this boot replace the green version? I need a men's size 6, since apparently Kamik doesn't realize that women need these kind of boots too. This newer black boot does not come in a size 6...?
