Bought this for my traeger and they broke down and just turned to sawdust and jammed my auger for hours lll never but this brand again

Thank you for your feedback. It’s frustrating to have pellets break down into sawdust and cause an auger jam, especially when it disrupts your cook. This can happen if the pellets are exposed to moisture, we'd advised keeping pellets in a dry air tight container and removing them from the grill if they are going to stay in the grill for an extended period of time without use.
