Great Barbeque

Once it was assembled, it was good. The manual instructions were not detailed enough. The videos on line were the same. I phoned the 1-800 number and was helped. We had put a piece on backwards.
It has a lot of nice features, like baking in an oven. I just ordered a cover. We like it.

I love this bq and the fact that you can convert it to oven mode! It's well built and a welcome look to our deck! Would absolutely recommend considering other models are higher priced!!

Easy assembly and great features

Before purchasing the Visa, I read many reviews on many different models and manufacturers They all seemed to have their share of negative feedback so I focused on features that I liked which were the glass window, 4 burners, closed lower cabinet, oven feature, side burner and hooks to hang utensils on the side board. At first, assembly looked daunting but I simply laid everything out and followed the instructions and the bbq went together perfectly with no issues. I’ve used it twice now and love the glass window feature. I can keep an eye on the meat and flare ups without having to open the cover and loose heat. I haven’t had a chance to use the oven feature yet to cook anything but the feature itself seems to work. Everything on the bbq works as promised so far and I’m happy with my purchase. It’s still a bit cold here so not quite into bbq season yet but the bbq performed perfectly despite being chilly outside. It produced plenty of even heat and cooked my steaks and burgers perfectly.

- A: read the manual , it shows and describes how to light them you 1st light the 2 outer burners , the set the middles ones to 10 then press and hold the knobs in for 5 secs/ its because of the oven features , read the manual how to use this bbq as its different then bbq without the oven feature, the oven feature also only uses the 2 outer burners and the middle must be off2 years agoHelpful?

- A: same happened to us.... there is a 'reducer' for propane that has to be removed to allow the NG to flow properly to the burners. at least that's what I understood from hubby who googled the problem and figured it out ;-)4 years agoHelpful?

Q: We bought this bbq and converted it to natural gas using the recommended kit. Followed the lighting instructions and it has never gone above 325deg with all burners on max10 and we can't cook anything on it without taking hours.... what are we doing wrong

Q: Hello, I recently purchased the 4 burner BBQ and have run into a problem with the assembly. On page 32(step 16B) cord EE came plugged into where BF is. I gently tried to pull on it, but it's well connected. Tried customer service, they were no help.
