Q: I switched the grill to natural gas - it's heating very slowly, does not go above 260 F. Anybody had this issue, any solutions? If not, I am planning to return the grill back to the store

Q: I replaced an older bbq with this one. Can I use the same natural gas connection from old bbq or do I have to buy a new one specifically for this I connected it to the old connection and it’s only getting hot only to 300 degrees
a year ago- A: I used the same connection and gas hose from my old bbq. If I turn all 4 burners plus the booster burner to high I believe it goes above 400 degrees. It does loose heat quickly when you open the hood.a year agoHelpful?
