    Great, smooth, sweet flavour

    Use this on a ham, to make a double smoked, pulled ham. It complemented the orange juice and the pineapple juice that I used in the tray for the last few hours of the cook. would highly recommend this for pork product that’s all I’ve used it on right now, but I will continue.
