I bought this product in early June of this year and by mid August it quit working. I have taken good care of it and did multiple trouble-shooting strategies. No luck. The store referred us to Vermont Castings to arrange repair or replacement. They did not answer their phone nor return my call after requesting I leave my number. I made contact by email and was told I would hear back soon about my complaint but it’s been two weeks and nothing. I would never by this BBQ. I am very disappointed as they have a good reputation. Buyer beware.

Not a good camping BBQ for the price

I wanted to love it but it’s just too big and heavy to take camping. And it doesn’t get as hot as I had hoped. We ended up taking the handles off so we can fit it in the trailer. And it only comes with a cover and not a bag so putting it away at night when you’re camping (bear country) is a pain. If I hadn’t already put it together, I would have taken it back. There are better camping options out there that have accessories like a bag and stand. Slightly disappointed in this expensive purchase and I wish I could have seen it assembled before dropping more than $350 on it.

BBQ came missing parts, disappointing. Once I went back and got the missing part BBQ should be quite good.

Recently bought this bbq for camping. I did a lot of research before my purchase and it led me to this one. Glad I did! Built well and works great! This bbq heats up in no time. Can easily bbq steaks or whatever you may want to throw on. Sure the handles are a little wide but whatever, I wouldn’t pass it up for that. Great value for what you get!
