    Excellent Brisket and Beef roast rub.

    Excellent Brisket and Beef roast rub. Creates a wonderful bark when used on a pellet smoker. I rub the day before, wrap the meat in plastic wrap and put back in the fridge. Next morning, I fire up the pellet grill and begin the low and slow method of cooking. Haven't had a bad turnout yet.
