Check that you have the correct boxes before leaving the store. I was sent home with one incorrect box which created a world of confusion and resulted in my daughter's birthday surprise gift not working out as planned.

Great quality but… extremely hard to put together

After reading so many raving reviews that included that it was not hard to put together I decided to invest and buy this trampoline. I now regret. We have spent hours to assemble it. It requires a lot of strength so we needed at least 3 people. We hurt our hands and back and still not finished. The tension rods are the challenging part. If I knew I would have chosen a cheaper brand. Just be aware.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Bought the 11x11 Springfree trampoline to have at our cabin. Really like that we don't have to worry about taking it down for the winter and that we can leave it up to enjoy all year long. In my opinion this is the best brand of Trampoline and is worth the extra cost. It is well designed and is safe. Whenever my friends are considering purchasing a trampoline for their backyard I invite them over to take a look and they are easily convinced that it is worth the extra dollars.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: Is this an all season trampoline or do I need to take it apart and store it indoors every winter?

All of the components of the Springfree Trampoline are designed and treated to handle the elements of winter weather. We encourage consumers who purchase Springfree Trampolines to leave them up and assembled during the winter months.

Q: Can you choose where the opening is on the trampoline? Can it be on the end or does it have to be on the side?

  • A: The 11 x 11 is a square Trampoline. The opening can be moved to any of the 4 sides. Or the entire Trampoline can simply be moved around to an area of preference
