Good Value, Some Minor Flaws

The basketball system took about four hours to assemble with two people. Overall, it seems like decent quality for the sale price of $529.99. The instructions could have been a bit clearer, but they weren’t too difficult to follow if you’re already familiar with assembling products like this. Better labeling of the nuts, bolts, and hardware would definitely make the installation process smoother. One important note is to avoid over-tightening during assembly to not bend the metal. The backboard does have some wobble, and after going back through the steps, there doesn’t appear to be anything left to tighten—this seems consistent with other reviews of this updated model that switched from two springs to one. Additionally, the screws for the backboard guards don’t tighten properly (only catching a couple of turns), so they don’t sit securely; I’ll likely replace them with better-fitting screws. A bi Despite these issues, it’s a solid system overall, and my 10-year-old absolutely loves it.

Backboard Broke

Had this unit for less than 24 months. My 11 year old son took a normal jump shot and it shattered the backboard. Go with Spaulding or another high end brand.
I could not find anywhere to get replacement parts.

Net is tilted… disappointing

Net is sturdy and easily adjustable, good material. Biggest issue it the backboard and rim are tilted despite correct installation. It looks like some of the the holes are not quite drilled correctly. Disappointing after paying this much for the net and spending maybe 4-5 hours to install. Unfortunately would not recommend this product.

- A: Yes it can be placed in the grass but it will be harder to roll in the grass with water inside. Also, I advise to put couple of 20kg sandbags to prevent it from tipping over the cars.3 years agoHelpful?
Q: What is overall height at the lowest setting? I know it goes to 7.5’ to the rim, from what I can gather, but I’m trying to confirm the overall lowest height with the backboard to make sure it fits in my garage before purchasing
