Crafted from a premium synthetic non-woven fabric, it provides durability, flexibility, and breathability. The robust adhesive ensures the tape stays in place, while its extreme thinness minimizes friction. The tape adheres to the skin even in the presence of sweat or moisture and can remain in place for up to 2 days. Hypoallergenic, latex-free, and natural rubber-free, this pack includes 30 precut 3.5" strips, a hard plastic carrying case, and a quick start guide with detailed instructions.

It had one job and it didn't even stay on. Albeit on the back of my heal, so probably lots of friction, but that's the whole point. When I took my sock off, the tape had slumped down.

They weren’t great! Peeled off after a couple hours of work. If you already have a blister this won’t help at all. Covering with a bandaid is better

This was like a miracle! Often get blisters even though feet are well conditioned and hikers broken in. A strip across both heels and balls of feet and 42.2km later blister free!
