Disappointing sleds

We purchased 85 of these sleds for our school.
We had the same ones last year and they worked really well.
This year we have an average of 5-8 a day cracking and are completely garbage.
Very disappointing for the children.

- A: I'm in retail and this is a seasonal item, thus after the season is half over than there won't be any more until about one to two months before the season starts again. Q: The picture is showing last year's model which is not available in stores. Will you be brining back last year's model? This year's model is smaller and doesn't have the handles (so the picture needs to be updated). Last year's model was better and I think it's still available from the manufacturer.

- A: You are correct, the picture needs to be updated and we are working on this. This years model is in fact smaller. As a safely precaution the handles were omitted to avoid big bulky mittens getting stuck in them.9 years agoHelpful?
