Cheaper at CDN Tire than a pool store.

Worked as it should and reasonably priced, it is about 25% cheaper to buy most pool supplies at Canadian Tire than at a pool supply store. If a pool supply store says you need a chemical that has a labelled or a rebranded name, simply ask what is that chemical also known as. I.e. “Sodium Boast” but when you ask the store worker what Is sodium boast, is just sodium bicarbonate (baking soda).

A: Calcium is one of the four basic parameters. Whether you are using bromine or chlorine as your sanitizer; calcium level should be maintained between 100 and 200ppm. Adding Calcium to the spa water will prevent scaling in the pipes and jets. Calcium level should be tested once a month and adjusted accordingly.
