RIP a once wonderful tent

I had the old version of this tent which served me so well for two years before the zippers busted. I just bought another one today and terribly disappointed.
They have removed the windows on the fly which was the best feature it had! It no longer opens up on the sides, fly needs to be fully removed to be able to use the windows.
The fabric of the tent feels SO cheap, and what use ob giant vestibules that fully covered the 2 doors and protected you from rain even when open have gotten so much smaller.
Devastated that the perfect tent no longer exists :(
What a shame to see how much cost cutting they’ve implemented to render what used to be a wonderfully designed and sturdy tent into a piece of garbage.
Returned immediately.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I'm impressed after my first trip with this tent. Feels like quality all around, especially for the price. Everything included is pretty nice and seems solid. Time will tell, but so far so good!

I don’t know who hurt y’all but this tent slaps

I saw the one-star reviews and honestly thought I bought the wrong tent. I was bracing myself for leaks, bad poles, maybe some bad zippers (the zippers on the fly did just bust BUT only after 8 months of everyday use). But nah—this thing is AMAZING.
I’m a tree planter. I lived in this tent for 4 months at a time. We’re talking backwoods, bad weather, mud for days, and not once did this thing fail. Easy setup, tons of space, windows everywhere that can be zipped open from INSIDE (seriously, I can crack the sides while lying down??). It stayed completely dry through hail storms/wind storms that wrecked our work trucks and flattened other tents. Also - the mesh has such a small and dense weave, even the smallest bugs can’t get in.
People kept saying it’s for “front country only,” like it’s too cute for the bush. But it’s tougher than it looks. She’s elegant AND she’s got grit.
10/10 would buy again.
