Faulty Mattress

This item appeared to be a great value; however, when I tested the mattress two days after purchasing it, and prior to its intended outdoor use, I discovered it was faulty as it would not inflate. Upon returning it, I was only offered store credit, despite having just purchased it and merely testing it before a camping trip.

It sprung a leak the fourth time it was inflated. The seam below the pillow part split open. And the repair kit was missing.

Warning: Bad quality, can't return

Don't buy this junk. As you see in the other reviews, the built-in pump idea doesn't even work: it's very slow and won't inflate to sufficient pressure. Mattress is cheap, thin and loses air overnite. Worse, the return is refused because of 'hygenic' reasons, so exchange only on this.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Weak Foot Pump

The built-in air pump is weak and it takes a very long time to inflate this air mattress using the foot pump alone. A separate powered air pump would be a better choice.

A: The Outbound Queen Airbed has a built-in foot pump. At the foot of the mattress there is a while circle and you should pump that spot with your foot. That will inflate the mattress. To remove the air you remove the bung from the valve on the side of the mattress.
