I purchased an air mattress before and it was higher. This mattress isn't as high and I'm handicapped it was too low and it made it impossible for me to get off the mattress. I will be returning this one for the real double high one instead.

Easy to inflate and deflate. Had a hard time finding the plug which is in a hidden compartment in the pump with a clip opening. The instructions didn't show that well so I spent a long time trying to find it.

Q: I'd like to know the power specs on this product... Watts or amperage? If I had the amperage I could calculate the watts so I would know what size inverter to use. Or, Can this air mattress be inflated with a 12v dc pump? The specs are incomplete...

  • A: Contact Woods directly to get the amperage. I recommend buying a second mattress as a backup and returning it if not needed. Air mattresses have a very high failure rate based on my experience with half a dozen of them, twice with Woods.

Q: I just bought this last week and it already doesn’t stay inflated. It was flat on the ground within an hour today. I only used it once.

  • A: I am not surprised. I tried about half a dozen air mattresses, Woods twice. I used them in liue of a regular mattress. They are very comfortable but essentially disposable. None lasted 8 months.
