Solid bag, not as warm as you might like

I have had this sleeping bag for 3 years, camping every other weekend throughout all seasons. For Late October through May, I use this combined with a larger Woods bag, as I camp in Northern Canada.
I think it is a great bag, though I did expect a bit warmer for the price point. At -12, the bag is not as warm as you might like if not combined with a cold weather air mattress.
I keep my sleeping bag out of its compression sack when not in camping use; this ensured the bag does not clump up like most of the 1 star reviews. It used to be common sense.

First use was great, the bag was warm and I thought I made a good choice. However, over the next couple of uses, the filling clumped up and left gaps for the cold air to enter. I don't recommend this product.

Purchased this sleeping bag for my 11 year old grandson for an outdoor scouts camping trip.
As it turned out the weather was extremely cold,
& the shelter they built wasn't the best. However thanks to this excellent high quality sleeping bag, he told me he was nice & warm, plus had one of the best sleeps of his life!! Thank you for an awesome product!
