Not fit for purpose

Bought 3 of these at various times last year but they disintegrated really badly before and during the winter. They dont maintain tension and when I gently pull on them to tighten them up, they just turn to dust and shred. Maybe they work indoors, or outdoors Arizona...but not outside in Quebec weather.

No, I do not recommend this product.
