had this tent before and had to get another one, I tried the other tent that you pull the sides out but it gave us so much trouble to put back up that we just threw it out and got this one again, so much simplier.

Little wind just snapped the frame. Barely missing someone sitting underneath it. Product used 4-5 times. Complete garbage!!!!

Q: it sounds difficult to set and takes a long time, I'm interested in the product but I'm a senior on my own, how hard is it to put up?

  • A: I am also a senior & although it was a bit tricky , I was able to put this up completely by myself in a relatively short period of time! I am also partly disabled with arthritis & was able to do it! Love this product but after 3 seasons I am in need of a replacement top!

  • A: No it doesn’t. Only had it for one season and it has come apart at the joints on the canopy. Also the tent cover has ripped where it rubs on the joints. Flawed design in my opinion.

  • A: I've tried calling the number and emailing. During my initial contact, they said that replacement toppers were technically available, but they didn't have any stock (this was just before covid lockdown). Shipping costs to Canada were going to be triple the cost of the replacement topper. I have emailed them back annually since, asking about availability. They have ceased to answer my inquiries... my last attempt via email was June 2024 and received no answer.
