The interior of the sleeping bag is the same material as the outside. It's not very cozy. That said, my toddler is perfectly happy sleeping in it and very comfortable. For the price it is what it is.

Q: Is this sleeping bag machine wash and dry?

A: Front load machine wash. Tumble dry normal with no heat. Attached is washing instruction on content label which sewed on sleeping bag.
