Tent fan and light by woods

Great device works OK,but comes with a battery charge that must be plugged into a wall charger block that fid not come with the kit nor does the store sell the charger block.so tjis battery unit that has 2 usb plug ins is now useless.so I have to plug the fan unit into a portable usb power unit.seperately.to work the fans and light course.

Great fan, but check the box.

I recently purchased another one of these fans. but when I cut the clear plastic disc sealing the box and opened it at the campground, there was no battery adapter in the box with the fan. I knew this was not right, as this is my second fan. Fortunately, the adapter I already had had two USB outlets. I plan to go back to Canadian Tire to complain, but will they believe me? I wonder if this has happened to anyone else?

I just purchased it and the empty, unusable battery pack is odd... but the worst part is, the light will not turn off.

A: This product has been tested with a 2,000mAh power bank, and extrapolated run time for a 1,500mAh power bank based on that test. We would conservatively estimate the following run times for a 1,500mAh power bank: Single light(high mode): 6hrs Single fan(high mode): 3h

Q: I received this item as a gift. When I use the fan setting it runs for a few minutes and then shuts off for some reason. I can turn it back on and start it but it shuts off again after a bit. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
