Buyer beware

Missing parts. Tried to return it less than a week after purchase, the first location would not accept it. Box, and product completely intact with the exception of the missing parts. I was told that it was a warranty issue. At no point during the initial purchase was I told this would be the case. Nor does the receipt for the item state anywhere that it would not be refunded. Return was eventually accepted. Awful customer service service.

La toilette Dometic en plastique installée dans mon VR a fini par fissurer avec le temps. J’ai donc acheté cette toilette de remplacement Dometic en ceramique. Similaire au model en plastique et le remplacement est très simple, installation facile. C’est assurément un produit de qualité, même s’il est coûteux.

Canadian tire has it listed as a dometic toilet but the item number in store is a Camco. I bought it anyways only to install it and have the foot pedal leaking. Avoid if possible!!

A: The only thing not porcelain is the toilet seat, the step pedal to flush and the flushing mechanism. The rest of the toilet is porcelain.
