Bought this for my daughter, she really enjoys it. Had to adjust the handlebars and chain when I brought it home. The bike is beautiful and rides well. She should get a few years out of it

The bike itself has been pretty good and purchased it as our daughter needed a new bike. No staff member checked the bike out prior to us purchasing it, in fact, no staff member helped at all or asked if we had any questions and was no bike inspection. I noticed that the reflector light on the bike was broken and brought this up to the staff member and managers attention. They did offer to replace the reflector (which I don't know if they are aware is a legal requirement for bike's to be sold with) but there wasn't even a discount offered as there was nothing wrong with the bike itself, just needed a new reflector. Honestly, I am concerned there may be something else wrong with the bike that I missed.

A: The stem that connects to the handlebars is height adjustable on this bike. Keep in mind the minimum insertion line must remain inside the frame when adjusting.
