    20” bike

    I bought this product for my grand daughter, approximately week before her birthday, Right after I made purchase store phone me and told me that bike has to be put together and they will phone when bike is done, My son went to pick up bike two days before birthday and bike is still not ready, they didn’t want to sell bike in box and luckily they have one in display. I didn’t know they need 2-3 weeks to put one bike together, and if I did I would go somewhere else. Sorry guys, but this is wary pour business experience, Maybe you guys should take the payment before you have product ready for sale!!! This is also not review on bike, this is review on customer service at Canadian Tire
