Good atmosphere

Been using for about a month and is a very nice addition to our back room, keeps the chill off and the thermostat keeps room at desired temp. Legs are plastic but door is glass. A pretty decent imitation flame. It’s a fancy space heater. Would buy again

Overall good purchase

Purchased for our master bedroom as the floor gets cool in the winter months. Thermostat function is perfect for setting it to keep temprature where we want it. Not as sturdy as I imagined, slightly plastic looking, was hoping for a more realistic feel. Fire itself looks realistic and has lots of options for brightness. Overall good purchase for the price. However there is a ticking noise when the heat turns on possibly from the heat expanding the metal. So is a bit noisy for having in our bedroom.
Yes, I recommend this product.

This unit is a great heater and looks really nice. It was easy to assemble, just put the 4 feet on and plug it in. It kept my open concept space (about 700 sq ft) comfortably warm during the recent extended deep freeze, and the "flames" give a really nice ambiance. The remote is handy as well. Very happy with this purchase.

Love the product however getting it delivered was a challenge and i eventually picked it up. The person who greeted me was unfriendly - telling me i parked in the wrong spot (even though the arrow pointed yo where i was parked ) … continued to berate me until the product was brought to the van … then i had to move my can - pay for parking and go downstairs to get paperwork - only to be told i had to go to customer service to find it included a shipping charge and had to speak with a 5th person to get a credit for shipping
