One of the best purchases we've made.

With a recent snow thaw & plenty of rain, we had water enter into our basement. We applied this product after the water flow stopped. We have had some rain & it was dry. Another plus is you can adjust the size of the flow. When finished, you can close the trigger & you can cap the tip. There is no need to use a caulking gun. The tip can be removed for cleaning if the caulking is unused for a while.

Leak fixed!

5 months ago

Sealed leaky glass butt joint on our patio cover along with Flex Seal Tape. Easier to work with than silicon and it works great! No leaks! I’ve tried silicon and other leak proof tape but these are the ONLY products that worked.

This is approximate, as coverage depends on factors like bead size and speed at which you move your hand during application, among a few.
