Easy to work with, flexible to seal up against door frames etc.

I got this to use around a door in the barn workshop, as well as an access hatch to a crawlspace. They seal up well enough to block wind and snow, water etc. They are softer than the old ones I had used before, so I will watch to see if the catch or tear easily, Very pliable against the frames. Should work on garage doors or other projects requiring sealing against the elements.

The seal strip is an inch or so longer than 9ft, so there is no worry about leaving a gap at one end. I put screws at each end as I could not get access with a hammer. If you fit the seal to the full width of the garage door, you may need to cut the ends to accomodate the trim on each side of the door. Overall, it's good value for money.

Easy to nail on. Soft, flexible rubber. The rubber is softer than what was on before, however that could be because the rubber hardens over time. My one concern would be if sleet gets to the garage door and then ices up. The rubber could possibly rip. Wait and see, I guess.

Q: I can't tell from the one picture that's shown, what it would look and be like at the bottom of the garage door. Is it a flat rubber edge? Is there anything cushiony about it? Does it unfold to become this pipe like structure that creates a cushy strip?
