superior tools tub drain extractor

in a nut shell it didn't work at all. The extractor teeth weren't grippy enough to bite on the side of the drain to allow for me to remove the old drain. I had to old school saw the drain out which poised a risk of damaging the tub and the drain threads. I ruined the packaging so it wasn't returnable. I'm stuck with a $46 tool that is useless. Don't buy this tool!

I would have tried to return this but I felt like they wouldn't have believed me. This tool would not bite into the drain at all. An absolute waste of 50 dollars! This is a tool that anyone would probably only need to use once, and for it not to do its job was very disappointing to say the least. I ended up having to call a plumber in to remove the drain out of fear of damaging my tub. Very unsatisfied customer!

Life saver!

Worked better than I had hoped. Had to use a lot of force to remove the drain. The crosses had rotted out and I didn’t have much faith in getting the drain out without having to cut the tub up. Tapped the tool in place for a good bite and used a Johnson bar on it. It was so tight but the tool held even after resetting multiple times. Recommend.
