Unusual adeembly with an actual bolt that goes into a rubber piece. It took a while to get it fastened, but it's stable now. I don't know how easy or hard it will be to dissamble if needed. Soft close works well

A: Do not understand these poor reviews, easy to install, nice design , did not have to fiddle underneath to add nuts. Instructions not the best but if you have a brain parts can only be assembled one way. AbeL

Q: Shoud seem obvious, but... HOW DO YOU INSTALL THIS. I've seen pretty unclear instructions. But this ranks up there with the worst. I'm looking on line to see if I can find an explanation. I've installed lots of toilet seats. This is not standard.
