    Showerhead and hose

    The showerhead is nice. It works fine. The only issue I have is the actual flexible. Hose is very firm. Not that flexible.

    The shower head itself is OK but it can not be used with the supplied ultra low quality hose which is an extremely hard plastic and not rubber of any kind or spiral metal as you might think from the fake image printed on the hose. The hose keeps it's kinked shape from how it was packaged even with full hot water going though it and it's stiffness fights you the entire time if you try and use it. You basically are buying the head only and will need to purchase a separate hose for this.

    Pause Function DOESN'T work!

    Shower was 'supposed' to have a 'Pause' function...Well it doesn't! There is no way to pause the water as indicated, and if it actually worked, you would have to move the switch that adjusts the water flow/pressure to get to the Pause function, which makes zero sense. The other shower heads I have, have a button to stop the water, you don't have to move the switch, go through all the water flow settings first! Then to add to the disappointment, Canadian Tire wouldn't refund me because it was 'used'!! How the heck would I know if the Pause worked if I didn't install it and try it? So, if you purchase this for the Pause Function, like I did...DON"T!
