False Marketing

We bought and installed this toilet in the Spring, 2025. We’ve barely had it 6 months. It’s garbage!!! It is supposed to have enough force to flush a bucket of golf balls. It barely flushes toilet paper, let alone anything else. We should have kept our cheap, builder grade toilet during our renovations.

Leaking Tank Bolts

I just bought this one two weeks ago and can not get the tank bolts to stop leaking. I have tightened them, loosened them, drained the tank and tried again multiple times. Bought a new bolt kit and replaced everything. Onside leaked before and now the other side. Nothing much, but keeps dripping. I now took the tank off, dried it and used silicone under the rubber and bolt head. Will let the silicone cure for 24 hours and see where we are.

No, I do not recommend this product.
