Great features, but be careful with installation

I recently installed the Mikah set in brushed nickel. The Spot Resist finish is excellent—it really does keep the hardware looking clean even with hard water. The Magnetix docking on the showerhead is the standout feature; it’s very secure and much more intuitive than traditional plastic clips. A tip for other DIYers: make sure your plumbing layout is exact to avoid 'stacking' (water leaking from the showerhead while the tub spout is running). I found the Posi-Temp valve very reliable for maintaining a consistent temperature even when other taps in the house are on. It’s a stylish, modern upgrade, though the plastic components in the showerhead feel a bit light compared to the heavy-duty metal handle."

Drips constantly

The hand held sprayers constantly drips when not in use. I bought the product despite the poor reviews because Moen is usually such a good product. Believe the poor rating.

I wish I had read reviews before buying this. Looks pretty that’s why I gave it two stars but it spits water out of the faucet instead of flowing and the shower head sprays while trying to run bath water. So disappointing!! Do not recommend!!

The issues you describe could be related and are likely related to the installation. If when running water out of the tub spout you also have water coming out of the showerhead is a condition referred to as “stacking”. This condition can best be described as the water leaving the tub spout is not able to get out of the spout fast enough that the water begins to back-up behind the wall. The only place for the water to back-up is up the shower pipe and out the showerhead. Poor quality, the tub spill water everywhere.

The quality is not there. The water is spilling/splashing from the tube event if the installation is done correctly. I was hoping for better quality for the price. Seems cheap not at the level quality of what I saw previously with Moen.
