Will NEVER buy a Moen again

We bought this unit in June of this year and had no problems until now. When having the water coming out the of main head and switch to the hand shower unit and click the hand shower to stop the flow of water, it now sprays out through the back of the shower head swivel. I disassembled the leaking area and found that the seating washer has been cracked in half. I looked at replacement seating washers, all have the same crack that allows water to spray back against the wall.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Looks good leaks everywhere

When I first bought this i loved it. Unfortunately after having it for 4 months the spray diverted doesn't work properly and water is dripping out of everything. Very unsatisfied as I thought Moen was a reputable company as why we went with this product.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Unreliable Hand-Held Shower Handle Switch Button

The push button on the shower hand held was never firm. The button always seemed not strong or sturdy; would fall off, losing or drop from the hand held handle. Yesterday, our fear happened the bottom half of the push button unhinged off it’s hosing. The thinker piece of the button remained in its place. But the bottom smaller portion of the button came out of housing. The bottom seems to be a double plastic hook. But it doesn’t hook or stay in place. If we think it button is back in place when learn the doesn’t work correctly or move fully in its housing. I’ve only had the shower head system for about six months. My mother is person with a mobility disability, so enjoyed and relied on the handed shower handle.
