Description is wrong. This a toilet seat hinge. You only get one side of the hinge . This is not a complete seat hinge set. Unfortunately this item is not returnable !

Good - Standard set with all the required pieces. Bad - The pegs that fit/slide into the plastic seat and cover are way too wide for the plastic seat I had - I had to trim the width down with a set of cutting pliers and sand paper to make it fit, and that just barely worked.
