Does what's it supposed to do

It's a pump. It moves water, as expected. Seems OK, a little cheap in the plastic. Let's see how it holds up over a couple years.

It works swimmingly!

Our backyard has sunken a bit since we bought our home and water pools in it with the spring thaw. This pump has worked so well in the depression where the water drains. It will move water whether it's clear or muddy. This purchase is a backup for our first one we bought last year (same model).

Easy set and forget

Bought this a couple weeks ago to assist with the annual flush and cleaning of my tankless water heater. Made it so much easier. Just set and forget for 30-45 min.

Q: What is the size of the hose connector ? 1 1/4 inch or 1 1/2 inch ? Canadian Tire have two kits which are different connection fittings. Due to lock down I cannot see the pump before hand to establish which one i need.

2 Answers
  • A: You do not need either of the 2 hose kits for this pump. The pump comes with a 3/4” garden hose adapter so all you need is a standard garden hose for the discharge connection.
