Locks suck but good step stool?

Easy to use, but the locking mechanisms come unlocked if bumped into, super dangerous. Almost had a disaster. I just taped them to make sure they stay now. Good price for quality besides the leg locks!

A Good Step UP

Decent light weight 20 inch platform stand with folding / locking legs. NOT for big people. 225 lb max. I should have bought one of these years ago. I am somewhat vertically challenged at 66 inches, so this helps me out a lot. Minus one star for low weight capacity. Recommended for us short folk. Purchased on sale.

Great scaffold bench.

Stood on this bench and appears to be strong. There was some play but quickly realized there are safety latches on the side. Good safety factor. Haven’t really tried carrying heavy objects while on it. I’m 190 lbs and it held. Surface is not slippery although suspect that may change if it gets wet. Has anti skid footing. Didn’t notice bench sliding when going back and forth. Plenty of footing when standing on it. Definitely worth the buy. Got on sale, and that helped a lot with the decision to purchase.

Q: Can I get replacement feet for this as two cracked/ broke after warranty period. The feet elevate the platform considerably and are required for stability? If so can you advise on process. Thanks.

Q: Bent Platform? I bought 2 work platforms from East gate in Regina, upon opening to use a few weeks after purchasing, I noticed both units has platform legs slightly kinked, . Can I exchange for undamaged set. Lost receipt,but have CC info

A: Standard procedure: Step 1: Inspect goods. Return/exchange if necessary. Step 2: Store receipt until end of warranty period. You decided you wouldn't be returning them when you threw the receipt away.

A: HI Marion , Thank you for your question. Please note as per vendor , it will rust because some rivet is aluminum, some rivets which used in hinges are steel. Thank you

Q: CT RECALL(canadiantire.ca/en/customer-service/recalls.html) says that batch codes are engraved on side of legs. Mine has the engraving all "un"engraved/etched bare by MFG.......There is another engraving inside the leg with code "021744Z" ADVISE PLEASE.
