Straightforward assembly, good quality

This took us just over 5 hours to build. All the holes are in the right places and the directions are pretty clear. The dimensions in the instructions are correct for adding a plywood floor. We're very pleased with our new shed.

I would have liked to see a display item in store, but product turned out as expected. It took about 8 hours to build, often needing 2 people to stabilize panels during assembly. Finished product seems durable.

I recently put together this shed myself and the installation was relatively straightforward but it is time consuming. Originally had lined up my son to help put together however he had to back out and I put it together myself. Optimally, it is a two person install but with proper planning and care, it can be done by one, with appropriate supports for the walls until the bracing is installed. I have read others who stated that the instructions were not clear or that holes did not line up. Again, with patience and careful review of the instructions, I found it relatively easy to put together however I did take my time to understand the steps. Once all the bracing is in place, the walls are very sturdy and should withstand wind and storms. It is exactly what I needed and I also got on sale, an added bonus. You will need a wood or concrete foundation to make it as solid as possible. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

Flimsy material

I assembled this product over the weekend and was able to put it together in about 6 hours with one person helping. The biggest concern is that it was very flimsy until about 3/4 of the shed was assembled. Because of a small breeze that afternoon the second person had to hold the first wall for the first hour just to prevent the breeze from bending or breaking the first few panels. I have assembled a shed twice this size before from another brand by myself in about half the time as this one because the material was much sturdier. That being said the instructions were fairly easy to understand and parts were well labeled and organized. However, many holes did not line up well mostly due to the flimsy and very bendable material.

  • A: I got it installed through professional handyman. From my observations, there should be no issue joining two of them and installing the door at the end. I would suggest to use some cable ties or similiar joining part/hardware available at canadian tire, rona, or homedepot to join the bases of two sheds together to get a firm grip. and for sure get it installed through a handyman. Dont do it yourself.

Q: picture shows 2 doors, however, description in the Q&A implies 1 door. How many doors does this unit come with? Can the panel beside the door be placed along the taller side of the end piece?

  • A: This unit comes with a single door that can be placed on either side of the 4ft. width of the shed. The panel on the side of the door can not be relocated as its a shorter panel

Q: can i install it on any side of the house? I mean i want the roof to be sloped to the right which means the left side would be the highest/ house side

  • A: I don't exactly know what you mean. The back of the shed which is the highest point of the shed was made to butt up against the side of the house. The door can be place on either side of the shed. You can't eliminate the back of the shed and use the house as the back of the shed. The entire shed should be placed next to or on the side of the house with highest point of the shed for water flow along the side of the house. I hope this answers your question.

  • A: it includes a galvanized steel rectangular foundation on which you can place plywood or pour concrete into the rectangular sections. It is not a floor but a foundation.
