Bad Battery

We've only had the battery for 6 months and it wouldn't charge. The charger didn't recognize it at all and the charge rate wouldn't show either. The extra battery works and changes as designed. I called provided the needed info and with no hassle battery in the mail. I would certainly buy their products as they stand behind them with it any hassles.

Very powerful, great quality, and lightweight. Changing the line was a breeze. Long lasting battery, did almost a half acre with heavy weeds. Had to pause to charge but needed only about 15 minutes to finish. I'm happy with my purchase.

Perfect tool for my needs. The adjustable lengh is great as I am a tall person. Seems to be a solid quality. Works fine for now but I cannot comment on reliabilty over time as I just bought it 3 weeks ago.
