Key did not work for me

If the Universal key I purchased was like the one pictured , I would have been very satisfied. But , it was shaped square at the tip and would not fit in our 2009 Cub Cadet riding mower. Very disappointed. Had to take to a key maker to reshape the key. Please change your picture in your web page.

Started Craftsman rider but too big/long to keep

This did work to turn on my riding lawn mower, but only the tip of the key went in. The vibration likely would have sent the key flying into the field, so I had to return it. Obviously good in a pinch, but the key cutting counter actually had the exact size I needed.

Q: Will this key work on a Mastercraft rider mower? The number next to the ignition is C1423CN. I don't have the year unfortunately, bought it second hand.

A: Unfortunately can't say for sure, however we bought it for our John Deere that we got second hand, as the staff said we could return it if it didn't work, and it worked perfectly.
