Piece of junk. Don't buy.

I own a Yardworks reel lawn mower and the crank that comes in this kit (that is branded as Yardworks) doesn't even fit onto the axel of the mower as it is supposed to. How can this thing be incompatible with the very thing that it was designed for?! Overall, this kit is a wast of money. The brush is useless because the honing compound very low quality and is as hard as a rock so there is no way to even get it onto your brush.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this to use with my Yardworks reel mower. I was disappointed that this ‘universal’ kit does not even fit a mower of the same brand. Would not recommend.

Q: Lubricate blades with included compound? The last step in the manual says to wipe off excess shapening compound and then lubricate blades with similar material? Does this mean lubricate the blades with the included compound (after wiping off compound used for sharpening)?

A: I used WD40 on a rag to wipe the blades to stop them rusting.

Q: how to remove wheel for sharpening? There is a nut which is not shown in exploded view. I can see e-ring under the nut but I can't get at it, and the nut is so tight that I can't loosen it.
