Cheap piece of plastic

After only one winter it vibrates like crazy. The lever to turn the head is crooked. The snowblower can’t go through anything more than light snow. Overall very bad design: don’t bother to buy.

Rubber plates not available for replacement?

Bought this model in January and I'm reasonably satisfied with the performance. You cannot overwhelm it with high snow but I am glad I bought it. HOWEVER, the rubber plates on the auger are a wear item. The manual gives instructions on how to replace them. But, no part number and Canadian Tire could not locate any. This is completely unsatisfactory. Are you really selling a product that the customer is expected to source parts on their own?

It works.. decent

So far I’ve only used it once during a really heavy snowstorm. It did get the job done, HOWEVER, it does stall out in deep snow and has a hard time going through harder snow. I should note this is my first snowblower so don’t have anything to compare it to

Works but it's a pain

Bought for this year. Can do the job fine and quick enough but the handles don't stay stiff and a collapse on you when trying to push through heavier snow. The turning rod is bending making it hard to turn and the pins break too often.

This is worth it.

I was surprised how well this snow blower worked. My driveway is a double, 110’ long paved. The snow blower cleared it, and my walk way, and the walkway to the back and also cleared my back deck and there were still 1 light left on each battery. The snow was about 8” deep. I used it twice and I’m very happy with it.

Q: What voltage does the electric motor run at? 20 volts or (the batteries hooked up in parallel) or 40 volts ( the combine battery voltages in series).

- A: Dunno. But both batteries need to be in to run it, and it has enough power to throw heavy wet snow, or crusty snow with ice chunks. Worked fine all last winter.6 months agoHelpful?
Q: I have a double driveway and I only got one side blown out, and when turn it off to go up the other side, it didn't turn back on again. I took the batteries out and the charger turned green for both of them. Why did it stop working on me ?
