Not as powerful as I thought it would be! I mainly purchased this to save time and effort changing my car's tires, and help me with minor car work. I found out most of the time it doesn't have enough power to unscrew the bolts, and I have to use my wrench to loosen them manually, then use this impact wrench to speed things up. Also, for this price, it should come with a battery. I was thinking it is not a big deal, I can buy a battery separately, to find out they come in twos with a charger for $200. Oh yeah, and one more thing, why doesn't this impact wrench come with the appropriate extension? I had to buy a separate extension to be able to use it with my current tools Now I am thinking of it, it is too much money, not convenient, and doesn't even get the job done!

I use the 12v Xtreme Impact Wrench for basically all my DIY automotive needs. Its powerful. Works no problem and zero hesitation on my vehicles lug nuts torqued at 100 ft lbs. Doing all 4 wheels is no problem and doesn't use a single bar of the 12v 5 ah battery. Very handy and lightweight to fit pretty much anywhere you'd need an impact wrench. I use this way more often that I did with larger more powerful impact wrenches. DeWalt's 12v Xtreme line of tools are a total win and as far as I'm concerned a must have for homeowners looking for quality, lightweight and powerful tools.
