Q: I bought this today and I arrived home at 10:00am and I started charging. But unfortunately, 5 hours had passed but it is still charging. It says on the manual that it only takes 40 minutes to fully charge . I am planning to return and take another brand
11 months agoA: The charger always indicates that the battery is charging if it is attached. Once removed, it should show that it is fully charged. If there is still an issue, please return to the store to discuss replacing the battery or call 1 (800) 387-8803 for assistance.
