Got these to drill into 1/8" steel. Worked well until it broke. Drilled 2 holes and then the bit broke on the third hole. Used a centre punch, lubricant and was going slow with not a lot of pressure but still ended up breaking. Was hoping the cobalt bit would be stronger but these were a let down. Stupid me threw out the receipt when I got home so stuck with them now.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: How are #54-3628 and #199-1793-4 different? In your "Masonry & Special Bit Sets" section, but not in a search further down on this form, these 2 items appear the same, but are priced $29 apart!
