Fails after cold weather

Bought in the summer, after a bout of -35 last month, they don’t work anymore. Taking the lights down for a winter is silly, as they were mounted to be used as festive winter decor as well. Come on ‘Canadian Tire’ figure out your products for our ‘Canadian cold weather’!

  • A: They're pretty good but they freak out in cold weather. They'll randomly turn on and set to a random color, then they won't turn off. I have to unplug in winter.

Q: I turned on my lights today, and one bulb on the whole strand will not light up green (only one bulb) but it will light up red, blue and white. What is the issue and how would I fix it? I’ve had them for 2years now but they are rarely used.

Q: How bright - in lumens or watts - are the lights

  • A: They aren’t super bright more like ambient light. 120 volt. We like the remote control so we don’t have to go outside to turn the lights on. We bought more for our other patio.
