Dont waste your hard earned money. String works - bulbs don't. Tried a bulb from a string light that does work (different brand) bulb worked. They should just call them "string" & leave the "lights" part out. So annoying....
No, I do not recommend this product.

- A: I believe you can, they are under 200 watts each set (175 watts?). I have three coming out of one outlet no issue but they are not strung together as the each have their own extension cord to different areas of the deck into a single three port remote controlled outdoor on/off switch.4 years agoHelpful?

- A: I've had two sets of the CANVAS Montmarte Heavy-Duty Outdoor String Lights used outdoors seasonally since last year. One set on a photocell timer running about 2 hours nightly, the other set plugged in when needed. My installations are semi-permanent insofar as they are not moved/transported around.
