Careful of incandescent bulbs buried among LED's

I thought these were LED, I thought incandescents were illegal to help save the planet from complete destruction. However I believe it may only be over a certain wattage. I also was extremely unhappy the check-out gal used my CT Points without asking. that's just wrong. I was saving those for another time.
