    I'm an Electrican by trade, this does work about 90% of the time far more accurate than most brands i have used. BUT you need to have great ears to tell the correct ccts apart, I've found the indicator light is far too sensitive to be of much use, the sound is much better to help get you within 1 or 2 breakers fairly reliably. Would give 5 stars if 1.) The cable probe was more durable (ie winter ready) 2.) Could adjust the sensitivity maybe a dial or something 3.) Indicator lights need to be less sensitive 4.) A 3 phase version would be awesome where instead of a plug tester maybe have probes for different voltages etc

    Not accurate that when I plug the remote device at the outlet, the more circuit breakers lit. I can't find which circuit the plug belongs

    Q: I've read the reviews indicating the test "signal" leaks across other breakers giving false positive readings. If I turn off all the breakers first, will it work? Or does the signal generator need power to function?

    • A: The breakers needs to be powered in order for the tester to receive a signal. The signal can sometimes leak across to other breakers but the signal should be noticeably stronger at the correct breaker.     Q: How far is the transmitter reach? I have a large house, and the panel is in the basement at one end, will it reach the other end (70') and the 2nd floor?

    Q: can't find accessory kit CS61200 AS To use the CS61200 on a light socket or switch, the manual refers to accessory kit CS61200 AS. I can't find this for sale in Canada. Is there a way to obtain it through Canadian Tire?
