Felt super safe for my babies!

I had this base for my first and second born to go with the evenflo carseat that had sensor safe and i loved it. Was shper easy to install and uninstall, clicked right to the carseat when you sit it in. I liked how you could choose between the latch system or seatbelt buckle. And has the smart lock on it to ensure a snug fit with zero room for wiggles.

Poor Customer Service

We did not like how sturdy this car seat felt and asked in store if we could return it if we didn’t like it. The answer was exchange or in store credit only which we were fine with, with how much we shop at Canadian Tire. Turns out you can’t do either. We asked a store manager and we were unable to bring it back. We don’t feel it provides the safest security for our child to be in this seat. Now we’re stuck with a car seat we don’t feel is safe to have her in because we were given false information. Now we have to buy a different one after spending money on this one. Will not be purchasing from Canadian Tire for the next one. Wish we didn’t have this experience. If I could put 0 stars I would.
