Sleek looking. Easy to follow install instructions

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The design is so sleek. I love how the parts all came in separate boxes as shown in photo made it so easy to assemble. It’s heavier than I thought but I think maybe that’s a good thing on your door. Connectivity seems good so far and we haven’t had to to do any maintenance in the first month of having it running on our door.

Agree with the other reviewers that say this lock is garbage, if you don't have the 'right' kind of router then the lock drains your batteries every two weeks, it's absolute nonsense. We tried a wifi extender, we tried everything they suggest on their webpage. This product is useless, and for anyone thinking only technically challenged people that are having issues with this lock, I assure you that is not the case. We have wasted so much money on this product replacing batteries. And don't use cheaper batteries! We used kirkland and the batteries literally exploded in the lock! This thing has caused us endless headaches. Now we're just using it as a basic lock with no batteries. Nonsense.

No, I do not recommend this product.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Setup was very easy using the step by step guide. Siding the device to the wifi was also very much easy. I love the fact that you can use your phone to (un)lock the door by just using the app from your phone. Definitely this will be very handy and useful during the winter time as my garage is not attached to the house. Maintenance of this lock will be great as it only requires the battery replacement when needed. I can definitely feel at ease with this brand as it is very reliable.
